REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return your product must be in the same condition that you received it. Damaged items will not be eligible for return.

Personal care items, such as pre-shave oils, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons

The Return Process

Initiate: Contact us at info@southriverstraightrazors.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
